Yes--the combination works especially if you know the dialog to the move. While the movie is much longer, set your CD on repeat. You still get a little the 2nd time thru. You only get about half way thru the 3rd playing when the movie ends. By that time the connections are a little thin, but you find yourself stretching to make them anyway.
