J. I've not had rabbit braised, I'm sure it's really good.
I DID have it pounded flat and panéed at Jacques-Imo's a couple years ago. It was THE best panéed anything I've ever eaten. The crust was near perfect.

Y'know, the next time I'm in NOLA, Parkview Bakery and Jacques-Imo's are the two places on my must-eat list. My MIL had it rented out for a Sunday feast for my FIL's 65th birthday celebration. Some of the best fried chicken in the world, not to mention the rest of the menu (Scotch House be damned).
