The handles on my XI2 came off last week...so I have to send it back...I own about eight of their cutters and swear by their impeccable quality and customer service ...I also own a Palio which is an excellent cutter too!...Not a big fan of the SAKs...You have to keep the damn thing completely straight and steady or it will cut at an angle more often than not
