You're welcome Mark! I'm glad that you are enjoying your purchase. Yes Rare Breed is a fire breather, but as you say a bit water tames things down and in this case it really opens up the nose on this bourbon. Do try both the Russell's Reserve and Kentucky Spirit, as I'm sure that you will like them also. For those looking for something less expensive the regular Wild Turkey 101 proof is an excellent choice as it has always been a top shelf premium pour. It's all the same recipe just different ages and flavor profiles.
