Porter...
I've broken my low carbing long enough to try some really good black beer recently.
Anyone ever heard of Rogue Mocha Porter? I have my second glass in front of me. Really quite good. With a four pack of Murphy's Stout to follow the six pack of this, I think the night will turn out quite enjoyably.

I haven't had the mocha porter but given Rogue's track record I have no reason to think it would be anything short of fantastic
Edit-- If you can get it in your area, St. Peter's has a couple porters and a Cream Stout that are fantastic |

Yes, we tried the Rogue mocha porter at beer fest last weekend. It was very good.

Rogue makes a ton of good stuff, the Mocha Porter included. Good choices! I just had a porter myself... some of my own homebrew. Massively overcarbonated, but still good to me

Samuel Smith's "Olde Taddy Porter" is my favorite. Dark as motor oil and so delicious.

And that's the quote that went through my mind as I was picking up the six pack.
