Rumaki is a "specialty" of mine, every family gathering has me out there wrapping chicken livers and water chestnuts in bacon, and cooking them under the broiler.

Last christmas, we had 25 people, they all love rumaki. I made about 100 of them so that everyone would have a few. Took me hours, and they disappeared as they hit the table.

My brother in law took one a lot of years ago, spit it out on his plate and yelled something.

Dude, you do not go into a person's house and eat his food, and spend a half hour complaining about it. I was ready to knock him flat.
