A question for you gourmets
To me, fresh ground pepper is a necessity to almost any good recipe, especially with grilled vegetables. I just can't find a grinder that I like. It needs to be pretty much commercial grade probably for as much as I use it, simple to load new peppercorns ( what failed engineer invented most of the grinders out there?), and needs to hold enough peppercorns so that I'm not having to fill it up each month. A bonus would be being able to see the fill level.
I've looked high and low and spent close to $100 but have not struck gold yet. Any recommendations are appreciated!
