So far this year I have only roasted one or two batches of coffee. I have been either working or travelling too much. I have had to buy roasted beans from various suppliers, and even resorted to *$ coffee.

Well, a couple of days ago, I got a nice surprise package from MrJerry, that coffee and cigar maniac from the London of the West - with a little sample of some very good coffee. I brewed half yesterday, and the rest this morning. Mmmmmm. What a difference it makes to start the day with some great coffee.

I leave on another trip this afternoon, but plan to roast a batch before I leave. I need to get out of my crummy coffee rut, and thanks to MrJerry, I am motivated to do so.
