Jmcq gave me this one. It was a robusto that I’ve been waiting on just the right day to smoke and after Auburn beat the Tide I smoked it. Beautiful night and a great cigar.

Amazing just how similar this one was to the current FdA’s JR is selling now.
It had a great looking sungrown wrapper and construction was right on. The cap was a little sloppy but it didn’t affect the cut at all.

Right from the start I enjoyed it, full bodied and spicy. It had a good amount of spice, with just the right amount of sweetness behind it. All the stuff I like about the current stock but this one was more complex and mellow. I guess that’s what 7 years does to a good strong cigar. I’m not much for even mentioning the finish on cigars but this had a great one. I think I’ll be tasting the cedar until tomorrow.

What a treat, Thanks again Jamie.
