Andy sent me a sample of GH Kendal Dark Plug. Easy to slice and prep for pipe. From first light, it was strong. It’s very spicy, strong earthy and bright tobacco flavors. Its a Virginia and burley blend but the Virginia tobaccos are Dark fired variety so it’s not sweet. It’s a Kendal tobacco but I get no flowery or soapy flavors. It’s intense. Slow smoking brings out the best this tobacco has to offer. Heavy nicotine hit, a real head spinner. Nice strong tobacco.
