Russian River Chard... solid acid backbone doing well with veg and salad courses. Figuring out which French red to pair with the ribeye.

I've found Monkey Shoulder to be a decent, if not terribly exciting, blended malt. There's an easy-going, creamy and decidedly sweet slant to its palate presentation that kind of flies right by you. And the finish isn't exactly a lengthy one, either.
Been trying to figure out where the hell I saw Monkey Shoulder posted at the last few weeks.

I finally bought a bottle, and found it to be not too bad. It comes across pretty smooth to me, and slides right down.
