Hello Fellow CW Members, Smokers and Friends,

We can't think of a better way to ring in the New Year than by welcoming all of you to CigarWeekly.com and thanking you for being such a devoted and loyal group of people. We couldn't believe the responses after Dan announced that a group of cigar enthusiasts was stepping in to "save" the site. You guys (and gals) are truly a special bunch and we are proud to be associated with you.

"We" are the Wednesday Afternoon Cigar and Strategy Group LLC, the proud new owners of CigarWeekly.com. Please be assured that we do not intend to start making a lot of changes to the site. Dan has done an outstanding job of building this wonderful community and we're not going to "rock the boat". We plan to continue to offer the same great content, reviews, editorials and products you have come to expect from CW. However, we do have a few ideas in store that we believe will make your experience with CW even more enjoyable and exciting. We are planning contests with prizes that we believe you’ll find exciting and enticing. We will be adding areas of cigar-related interest like reviews of cigar-friendly restaurants, lounges and resorts around the country as well as celebrity cigar reviews. And, of course, we are always open to input and suggestions from you, our valued members. Please feel free to post or e-mail any of us at WAC&SG. Our email addresses are included. Again we want to thank you for staying on board and we look forward to an exciting 2002 at Cigar Weekly.

Sincerely,

The Members of WAC&SG, LLC
