Dutch Dry Wrap ???

When in France a few years ago I smoked a Henri Winterman Corona cigar (not those cigarrilios). It was one of the best cigars I have had and definetly made a wonderful impression on my pallete.
I located the same cigar and had some shipped in from Netherlands but when I was doing the research to locate them they were continually referred to as a "dutch dry wrap" cigar, can anyone explain what that means??
And do I need to store in the humidor (they arrived in a box, metal tubes, plastic wrap)??
Of course the more info I have on my favorite cigar, the more intelligent I sound
Thanks
EmQ
