Gurkha has filed a Federal Copyright lawsuit against...
...wait for it... Davidoff, over The Year of the Dragon. In the past, Gurkha has only filed on small companies who settled and rebranded. This time, he has to go up against Davidoff's lawyers. I'd be willing to bet Davidoff has more and better lawyers. Maybe this is where Gurkha fails?
