Nashville, May 5, 2004: CAO, one of the world’s foremost premium cigar manufacturers, posted another success in hosting the backstage celebrity retreat at last week’s “2004 Billboard Latin Music Awards.” With a veritable who’s-who of the Latin Music world in attendance, the awards show was broadcast live around the world via the Telemundo network on April 29. Presenters and performers were invited backstage to the “Celebrity Retreat” where they were greeted by CAO’s Miguel Cazarin. Among the celebrities to receive CAO cigars were Julio Iglesias, Jr., Billboard Latin Music Award winner David Bisbal, Beto Cuevas and the wildly popular Chilean band La Ley, Miss Universe 2003 Amelia Vega, world famous Salsa artist Rey Ruiz, Mexico’s number one band Banda El Recodo, and Mexico’s sizzling-hot songstress, Pilar Montinegro. CAO recently sponsored MTV’s “CMT 2004 Flame Worthy Awards” Celebrity Retreat. Among the celebrities to receive CAO cigars were Toby Keith, Alan Jackson, Elaine Irwin Mellencamp, Minnie Driver, and Trace Adkins.
