New Blind Review PIF!!
It has been decided that a 'Blind Review PIF' get underway!
Here's the rules, they're pretty simple: 1. Three primo sticks or ISOMs, or a combination of the two should be sent, valued at $5 or better. ISOMs should be ID'ed by the sender as such. These sticks will be unbanded and identified as 1, 2, 3 or A, B, C. You may feel free to throw in a couple hitchhikers as well. This is a PIF after all. 2. Once you accept the PIF, you have 24 hours to turn around and ask the question, "Who wants to do a blind review?" 3. When you receive your package, let us know by posting. You will have two weeks to post a review on the cigars you received. This isn't a strict time limit, it's just to prevent a cliffhanger. 4. As you write the review, try to be thorough. Be sure to include the identifying number/letter at the top of the review. Use a notebook while smoking! Comment on flavors, aftertaste, smoke volume, ash, burn, etc. You get the idea. A good suggestion, that I'm going to go through with is to use the CW guide for reviews: http://www.cigarweekly.com/cigardb/reviewform.pdf 5. After the review has been posted, you will PM the sender and they will post the true identity of the cigar. If the review is well written, it would be nice to have it put directly in the reviews room for everyone to see. Before we get this underway, let me know if any amendments would be needed. ~Eric
