The wife and kids took off to visit friends so the perfect time to relax and burn one i say!
Had this AVO number 2 (Robusto style)looking at me and decided to give her a whirl. Well, here it goes and i am a novice so bear with this lame review ok? Overall it seemed very bland, very plain and very mild. I dont mind the mild part but there was hardly any flavor or zing to it. Plenty of smoke, easy to keep lit, nice draw (very easy)but there was just a plain old tobacco taste, nothing exciting about it at all. There also was very little aftertaste after exhaling (sp) Seems like this type of cigar would be OK in the morning, but even the coffee i was having along side it today just overpowered it totally. Is this the norm for AVO? or did i do a no-no by having coffee along with it?? Oh yea, the cigar smoke aroma it was putting out when sitting there smelled better than the taste of it! No kidding......... Thanks folks for reading my lame review. Johnboy I have tough skin so if you see room for improvments here please............. America the strong and the brave. |
