The Night I Smoked a Rocky Patel Sungrown Petit Corona

When I got this cigar the first thing I noticed was the wrapper. It is simply exquisite.

Dart tan, oily not a hair out of place. Dressed up with red bands, the cigar is impressive in the looks department.

Pre burning smell is just beautiful, tea with hints of dark berries.

Once lit up it is pretty much tasted how it smells, smooth, fruity with a small dash of pepper. Very consistent, medium bodied and some sweet notes. Beautiful.

The burn can get a bit erratic but nothing a few small touch-ups won't fix. It had no problem keeping lit which I liked very much and for a short smoke it delivered a top-notch performance construction wise. Fantastic.

It ends slightly woody but overall a winner from Rocky Patel.

Thanks Jorge for the wonderful gift.
