Milk Street vs America's Test Kitchen

With Christopher Kimball leaving ATK the show fell on to Julia Collin Davison and Bridget Lancaster as presenters. They remain engaging but they also seem to have become cheerleaders now, there is the missing element... giving Kimball crap. Still a great cooking show, a lot of good recipes, great teaching and it remains unbiased.

Milk Street is Kimball's new show... it is good, but seems a little forced as they find the dynamics out. Love the music. The Kimball doesn't like chili heat is a recurrent theme. Good recipes, good information, and a little more forward placement (I think) of sponsored equipment)

Anyone else have thoughts on these shows?
