I've smoked 5 of the Toro. A beautifully made cigar - chocolate brown wrapper that is flawless - and very tasty as well. The only problem is the price - MSRP of $9.00. I got one of mine at the Big Smoke and the other 4 from Smoke Magazine, so all were free. At 9 bucks there are others I'd buy first - a long line of them, in fact. Still, it's worth a try IMHO.
