Customer support class act

Ordered a sampler of Mombacho 10th Anniversary from a retailer (don't know if I can say the retailer or not) they were out of them sent me a nice email explaining the situation gave me 20% off and free shipping on my next order. Class act by them. But ended up ordering more this time out.

Unfortunately I had the opposite experience a couple years ago. They had some Viajes on sale which I placed an order for. They immediately cancelled the order with the explanation that they had it priced too low on accident. No apology or any offer to make up for it, just a cancelation and "can't do it" attitude. Have not made a purchase there since. Though I'm glad they treated you well Kirk.

Good companies CHANGE for the better, so perhaps the lesson of the past has moved them in the right direction!
