Different pipes
Guys,
I know that you can only smoke VA in pipes only useds for VAs, same with English and Orientals, correct? My main question is, how do you know whether a tobacco blend needs to be in large or small pipe bowls? |

Trial and error. Smoking technique figures in as well. You just have to try a tobacco in a pipe and see how it goes.

Traditional thought is small bowls for Va's and large bowls for english.
This has not been my experience however. I have found certain tobaccos to really sing in pipes completely the opposite. xrundog nailed it imo, you need to try them in different pipes. |
