Beerfest Jackson Mississippi!
There will be the first ever Beer Fest in Jackson Mississippi on Jul 31st.
Please, if you attend sign up for Raise Your Pints Mississippi, they are a grass roots lobbying group who sole purpose is to change the archaic 5% beer law in Mississippi. They can also be found at www.raiseyourpints.com they also have more information and a link for the beer fest! and Tommy please post this in the Gulf Coast forum, I no longer have access there for posting for some reason! Thanks!

Nobody does. It was closed due to a lack of interest.

Planning to be there. Wish I could have a cigar at the event, but it ends early, and we can go to Renegade Cigars and smoke.

You may already know that Alabama went through this recently.
It took a grass root group a few years to finally convince the legislation to
change as you state the archaic law.

Any event with the words "beer" and/or "fest" involved is a must attend event, I would think.
