Lithium Chloride if I recall correctly. At least I know that's in "Artsorb" which I beleive is pretty close to most of the "humi beads" that are out there. As I understand it, that's the ingredient that helps to regulate the RH more precisely than something generic like Kitty Litter does. Lots of info on this topic already. Do a search on it and you'll find some experiments run by XRundog on the Kitty Litter.

Bottom line:
Do you like to experiment? Then go out and get some KL.
Are you not all that anal about your RH and just prefer it be between 65-70? Then go out and get some KL.
Do you hate tinkering and just want to "buy and fly"? Get with Viper and get yourself some Heartfelt beads.
Anal about your RH and don't want to deal with "calibrating" KL? Get with Viper and get yourself some Heartfelt beads.

I've got both.
