A huge thanks to the fine folks over at Cigar International and Cigar Bid.

I had my CC info stolen last Oct. 2005 and used for a few days. The CC company put a hold on all my transactions during that month. Well one of those transactions was for a winning bid from Cigar Bid. I told my CC company that one I had placed and even filled out paper work telling them it was fine for them to pay C-Bid. They didn't and now I find out that my account with C-bid was no good with them anymore. Almost a year later. I guess it took a while for them(C-Bid) to catch up with me.

Customer service (C-Bid) was tough about the issue. So I got in touch with this gentleman by the name of Steve over at Cigar International.
After I explained the problem to him and told him that my CC info was stolen, he right away activated my account again. Now I can go back to C-Bid and spend all my hard earn money.
