Russ is a great guy, he will do whatever he can to help someone, in some cases, he will reccomend another site if we can't provide, the service wanted, he trully wants what is best for the customer and as a Marxist, i too believe that the customer and in this case, my friends, don't need, ego's fed or stories that are half truths, and Russ is honest, brutally sometimes, LOL that helped me make the decision, i am not just an employee, i am a part of CBC, so my name is on the line as well, when it comes to coffee info.
