Cooling a humi

Hi to all
I live in Arizona and as you know it is hot as hell here. I have a hard time keeping by house cooled down to 70 degrees let alone my humi.
The question is if I got a small blue ice and put in a small Tupperware container would that solve the problem, I have 65% humi beads. Now I know the blue ice will cause a little condensation but the beads should compensate for this right
