Origen Lancero by J Fuego
This cigar has a nice clean wrapper that gets a bit lumpy towards the head. The foot smells of cedar and well aged tobacco. The cold draw is just slightly tight. This morning’s beverage is a Blue Island cold brew latte. Listening to the Saustex mix on Spotify.
Past the char, the cigar produces plentiful smoke. The initial flavors are sweet cedar and toasted tobacco. This is a medium bodied cigar with very smooth smoke and retrohale. The burn is very even. The first third is pleasant with the sweet cedar and toasted tobacco notes. The ash did not drop until the end of the first third, and the burn remains even. During the second third the sweetness becomes honey-like, somewhat overpowering the cedar and tobacco notes. A very pleasant complexity to the cigar. The burn remains flawless. Approaching the final inch the cedar notes have moved to the fore of the flavor profile. There are three main flavors but the way they blend makes for a very pleasant complexity. The construction of the cigar is flawless . 8.75/10, Joe Bob says check it out.
