Choices, choices, choices
My bachelor party is Saturday, and one of the places we are hitting is Bourbon. Want to guess what they specialize in?
Anyway, they've got a huge list of bourbons available and I'm trying to get an idea of the must tries. Some of the ones I saw:

Can't speak to the Michter's (not familiar with that one), but the rest would all be on my list!

It will be. If you check out the link, they have somewhere around 60-70 different ones listed. I just haven't heard of about 85% of them. Asking the great connoisseurs of CW to assist me in my achieving my state of pure inebriation.

I just checked out the list of bourbons they stock and there are several stellar bourbons on there. All I can say is that if you were to do nothing more than a sampling of the ones that I know of or have heard very high remarks on or that ones that I would put on the list, you wouldn't be walking out!

Elijah Craig 12YO & 18YO (the 12YO having a more 'in your face' style)
Booker's for its sheer raisined intensity Pappy Van Winkle Family Reserve 15YO for its combination of fruit and mint-infused oak Any George T. Stagg issue, of course Blanton's Single Barrel as a classic example of the genre Hancock's President's Reserve for its silky demanour And that's just off the top of my head!

You have to try the Hirsch. Really. You must.
I'm not sure how many bourbons you can taste and not fatigue your senses. But try the Hirsch Amazing they have JTS Brown... no ice no glass
