Indian Tabac Natural Super Fuerte
Well, it's been a while since I've done a review since it's been a while since I've been surprised by a cigar, or smoked one that didn't already have a million reviews on it. But I smoked this tonight and was very pleasantly surprised! I've never disliked Indian Tabac, but never really been thoroughly impressed by them either. Maybe that's why this was a nice surprise to me. Okay, on to the review:
Indian Tabac Natural Super Fuerte Ring Gauge: 50 Length: 5 Body: Medium Filler: Nicaragua, Costa Rican, Honduran Wrapper: Habana 2000 Binder: Not Sure... Shape: Robusto Box Press 1=TERRIBLE 2=SUBPAR 3=AVERAGE 4=GREAT 5=AMAZING Appearance: 4 Taste: 4 Draw: 3 Ash: 3 Smoke: 4 Overall Experience: 3 TOTAL SCORE: 21 (of 30) A good cigar that started out with a nice, flavorful pre-light draw. The wrapper had a nice strong flavor (not strong enough to get the glands working, but still a nice flavor on the tongue). It had a surprising bit of spiciness that stayed on my tongue through almost the entire smoke. The smoke taste wasn't as strong as I expected it to be from the initial taste of the wrapper - very mild-medium, as opposed to medium-full. But even as a medium-bodied smoke it had some really great flavor. The medium smoke flavor went together perfectly with the spiciness of the wrapper. They obviously planned for the two to work together. It flattened out a bit toward the end which was a bit disappointing, but the first half was a very pleasant surprise. If you are a fan of Indian Tabac I suggest trying this one, and even if you aren't I would at least recommend trying it. To whoever gifted it to me, thank you! I enjoyed it very much, Rich
