Someone sent me a sample of some well aged PS Luxury Twist Flake and man is this good. I'm sorry I didn't give this tobacco much of a chance earlier, just couldn't smoke the fresh stuff, now I know better.

This tobacco really opens up after a year. Really gets better with age.

Last night I smoked a bowl of Iwan Ries 3 Star Blue. It's a burley, latakia, perique, and Virginia mix that was just down right awful with a lot of bite! My poor meerschaum bulldog pipe will never be the same! I tried to smoke through it, but had to put it down and clean out the pipe after about 10 puffs. The smell in the pouch was ok, but it didn't transfer to the smoke at all. It smelled more like while smoking it.

Damn Conrad, thanks for saving me the trouble to try it. Into the garbage can it goes!

Wow Conrad, terrible smoking experience. Reminds me of Borkum Riff. This tobacco always gives me tongue bite. Check out these two cans that reminds me of paint cans. One is rum flavored, the other is wine flavored. I have a feeling these will cause blisters to form in my mouth. I think I have had these cans like 5 years. I'm in no hurry to try these.

I've recovered from last night and I am now smoking C&D Bailey's Front Porch in my new estate Weber Shellbrooke bent tomato shaped pipe.

Just finished a bowl of C&D Big 'N Burley, next up will be Haunted Bookshop, after I recover from the BNB! Good stuff, but it gave me a bit of a buzz!

I wouldn't follow BnB with Haunted Bookshop unless you're looking for a really big buzz lol
