Really great range. Having to trim the counter top back 3/4" to be able to slide it in (which is proving harder than it looked... nothing is EVER as easy as it looks). Got to cut the last six inches on the last side and it's done!

Chicken tiki masala. Going to take some time to readjust to gas cooking again. Kept it simple tonight, mostly because my back is screaming to the point that I have a lidocane patch on it. Might not help, but then it might. Going to be so glad to see the chiropractor tomorrow morning.

Instead of scolding like every other appliance in the house, it plays a tune when it's finished preheating and another when the timer expires!

Two months in, I'm finding that I am having to learn how to cook with gas. All of the burners are of different BTU rates. I have burned more than one dish because what I think of as medium is actually the equivalent of full blast on the old one. The extra heat is great for stir fry, and I make a lot of that. It's an adjustment, but one I am willing to make.
