How to cut an 80 gauge

No, I am not buying this size of cigar to make up for ANYTHING else. Just thought I would get that out of the way.... My options, I suppose, are a knife or a punch. Is there any cutter out there (or sissors) that can cut such a large gauge? If not, what knife would be best? Thanks.
