What to smoke first?

Thinking about going out for a ten minute one. I know just how bad an idea it is, fresh off of bleeding, cortisone, other concerns, but I'm really short of wilpower right now.

I figure that a single or half beer 5 times a week or so, very short periods with very mild cigars, and no booze at all will be good precautioins.

I've got a fonseca bullet maruro, just a tiny beli about 4 x 45, and I'm thinking 10 minutes tops. I have plenty of the 4x33 or so range and feel okay with them maybe e few miuts at a time a couple times a day, but for now, you know, I want to smoke a cigar. Been a long time.
