Love hearing the lids pop as the aging process kicks in and the jars vacuum themselves closed.

From an economy standpoint, storing 2 ounces of bulk is so much cheaper than buying the tins. Quick check on C&D Apricots and Cream. 2 oz Bulk $6.46 2oz Tin $11.90. Then there's the advantage of just buying an ounce of bulk to give it a try before spending more on a tin.
