Seafood 'stew' which is a soup, mussels, cod, shrimp (the said they were tiger prawns.. they were big eye shrimp... the american menu seemed to play towards what they thought Americans know... a lot of mentions of 'fried' when it was sauteed... that can also be the problem of literal translation using something like Google
I think the stock was made form the fresh fish, then thickened with bread... I think The rice with fish... not a paella. No soffrito. No saffron. Again fish stock, rice, fish, onion, garlic I've been up since 8am on the 17th Eastern time, I need to sleep Kids in Lisbon can honestly say they walk uphill both ways...
