Prototype cigars...
Hopefully I'm in the right room for this.
I am curious to know if prototype cigars are any more or less valuable than the original releases. For example, I have the 2 prototypes that Punch put out, for opinions/input from customers, that later became the Champion. Whaddaya think? |

Of course it adds more value. The catch is that it has to be a proven great cigar. After all, an original release of a $3 cigar is not desired.

I don't know about that. It depends on what that $3.00 cigar is. If it s a prototype of the LLNF, I would buy it.
The pre-release LLNFS were very exceptional. Would the pre-release be valuable, of course just more desired to those of us that were able to smoke them. There are other brands that have exceptional pre-release versions also. |

Thanks for the input so far.
Another question that would go along with that is: Do some people collect that type of cigar for its' value as a collectable, or just as a smoke? |
