Bobalu Cigar Co. has acquired Criollo wrapper from Nicaragua. The wrapper leaf was a mainstay in Cuba and now has been grown in fertile fields of Nicaragua. The Criollo leaf is thick, oily-sheened and a dark reddish brown in color. The flavor is outstanding. We want to try something new. Thanks to Thom at Embassy cigars, we now have some beautiful Honduran filler (Seco&Lijero) to pair with the Criollo. Also might add a bit of Nicaraguan Lijero for taste. The binder will be either Sumatran or Honduran. Any Suggestions? What I would like to do is choose (5) testers to taste and and review the blends. Anyone interested please Email me with your Handle as well as your snail mail address. I expect a large response, more than (5) so I will put all the names in a hat and pick (5). Thanks Jeff Lipton (Cigarzz) owner Bobalu Cigar Co.
