My palate didn’t pick up any Lakeland with these 3 tobaccos. The shag was the driest of the 3 and smoked quicker, but I found the flavor profile intense with all 3.

Smoked 3 bowls in a Peterson Kinsale Bent Rhodesian this afternoon: C&D Crowley's Best, C&D Big n Burley, and GH Happy Brown Bogie. Crowley's Best tasted better than the last bowl I had, don't remember what pipe I used last time, but I really enjoyed it today.

I totally get lakeland from the flake, especially at the start, slightly dimished but still there from the plug. It's not overwhelming from either, but definitely noticeable to me. I do like all three very much, big rich tobacco flavors for sure.

Samuel Gawith Navy Flake in my Peterson Derry Rustic Straight 106 Pipe. This is becoming my favourite pipe tobacco, I would especially recommend it for any cigar smoker that likes a full bodied maduro, it reminds me of that style of cigar
