If I open a bottle of wine on Monday I will finish it on Tuesday because I have to go to work on Tuesday. Maybe just the odd days?

Canadian Thanksgiving turkey dinner with friends included red wines from Spain and the south of France as well as some pours of Caol Ila 12 Year Old.
