Bolivar Gold Medal POS DIC 06

Only had these a week, but wanted to give one a try. the cigars seemed a little "wet", so I clipped one & left it out in the air conditioning 24 hours before smoking.

Draw was ever so slighly firm, but the burn was razor sharp. A very smooth cigar, with no trace of harshness at all. The first third was medium strength with medium earthy flavors. The strength & earthiness continued to increase as I smoked, and there was no harshness even down to the nub. Overall, an excellent cigar that's surprisingly approachable considering it's youth.

However to put things in perspective for those expecting a powerhouse. the BGM evolved into a rather strong smoke, but a MAR 06 MC#2 smoked a few days ago was considerably stronger.
