I roast one day's worth at a time, so small batches work fine for me. I've done enough rest time experiments to know that I don't care for the flavor changes I see after 3-4 days, and hell, I get bored with any one coffee pretty fast if I drink it all the time anyway. wow you roast everyday for the next day, i guess it would be great for having a different varietal each day, but fo me too much time, i would prefer to roast a week up at a time, i want to be able to roast a pound of regular, 1/2 pound decaf, and a half pound espresso.
