Wine coolers will typically try to maintain a humidity well below what is optimum for cigars - down to as low as 45%. I don't know if you can modify the cooling unit as it usually tries to dry the air as it cools. You might want to call a local mechanical contractor or perhaps a repair shop and inquire if they can do this for you. GL!
