Leftover stir fry tonight. Tomorrow is baby back ribs! It's actually going to be warm enough to enjoy smoking a few racks.

Decided that the ribs could wait a day. Had some leftover pork loin that needed to be used first, so tonight is Thai curry. Don't know yet if it will be green or red. Depends on what color it is when I open the spice paste can.

Wife and kids decided that they wanted to go out for pizza instead. So every thing is on hold for another day.

I too did leftover pork... pork gravy with mushrooms, pork loin, mashed potatoes

At Purdue they served this over white bread, and it had some cute name, I referred to it as pork and starch bloat. Loved that the gravy came in one gallon cans...

Tailgating the next couple of nights. Baby back ribs, chicken wings and a new potato salad recipe I'm trying out. There's leftover Thai curry for non tailgaters. Start fresh Monday.

I’m vacationing at Playa Del Carmen, Mexico. The resort is Sandos Caracol Eco Resort. They serve really good Italian cuisine. My favorite dish is the Fettuccini Alfredo, and I have them add large shrimp. What I really enjoy is the Serrano Ham they serve at some of the finer restaurants at this resort. I ask the waiter to bring me some and he always does. Salty and rich, Serrano ham is just awesome.

Spain has some awesome ham, and it is served everywhere... if you have the chance to get Iberico bellota do try it (that is the ham from pigs fed acorns)
