Can I repair this?
I got a Consuegra in a trade. This smoke is large, I would guess maybe 55+ ring size. Near the cap is a defect in the wrapper. There is a split about a inch long running down through the band.
Can this be repaired? I hope that this can be salvaged to be smokeable.
