That sounds really good! I don't own a fryer (I'm afraid of the extra pounds I would undoubtedly gain), wonder if I could make it work without. I know I'd miss the perfect golden crust you have there, but it might work...Thoughts?

Thanks to both of you. I do have a 4qt Dutch oven, so maybe that will do just fine. I appreciate the baked version as well!
