Good customer service ..from Famous Smoke Shop...

I've complained about rude treatment from FSS, about a year or so ago. Well, I found myself ordering from them again on and off.

Yesterday, I placed an order, and didn't notice the cut off time, was 3:30 (EST), for same day shipping. It was about 3:25 pm (EST) when I submitted the order. I ordered next day air, because when I'm ordering boxes, and it's 900 frickin degrees outside (here in MS).
Well, wouldn't you know it...FSS shipped out my order that day! Even I wouldnt' have bitched, if they had waited till today. I mean, 5 minutes or less than the cut off time, and they still got it out.
What's more, they have this special when you order a box of CAOs, you get a free CAO sampler. Last time I ordered, they were out of the sampler. Hey, no biggie..didn't cost me anything anyway.
Well, I'd ordered another box of CAO samplers, and they are sending me TWO samplers (free) to me.
I gripe a lot when service is bad, its only fair I give them credit when service is good!
