Travel Mug or Ceramic Mug?

These are all great points. I take my coffee to work, and I carry it in
a stainless steel thermos. I make sure I rinse it, and before I refill it each
time I take a pot of boiling water to ensure its good and clean. I don't
have the luxury of boiling water at work, so I carry a stainless steel mug
since it holds the heat.

I have never given much thought, but I can see where ceramic would be
much better. I know that is true for other liquids like beer & wine when you
drink out of the proper glasses.

As cold as my office is, I would never be able to enjoy a nice cup of
coffe in the am with a ceramic coffee cup.
