Boy did I screw up...

I had just lit up a C.A.O when I got a phone call. I forgot about the cigar while on the phone and the cigar went out. Then my mother unexpectedly comes over so I ditched the cigar in my humidor. Forgot about it until later in the evening when I reached for a smoke. Now my humidor smells nasty. I took out all the cigars and aired out the humidor over night, but it still smells nasty. Now what do I do?
