Actually I have cut back from 3 cups and 4 double shots a day to just 1 cup or 2 double shots. The Dr wanted me to lay off the caffeene...he started in on cigars, but I told him that I would go to one a week....He only asked if he could join me for a smoke... he knows about my stash.
